How to sync Outlook 2007 and Nokia E71?

I have succesfully forwarded my yahoo emails to Outlook 2007 using POP3 forwarding. I am now using outlook 2007 instead of Yahoo web editor. I would like to have that Outlook 2007 emails synced with my Nokia E71 as well. How to do this?
