About 6 months ago i got the new motorola rival. Today i was texting on my phone and the screen went white with grey lines all across it. so i just took out the battery and put it back in and it worked fine. then, later i was in wal mart and running, and it fell out of my pocket onto the floor and the screen went all white, but i can still use it perfectly fine (just can't see what im doing). monday i'm going to go into the store and try and get a new one, but i've decided i don't like Motorola's. so i was wondering if it was possible to just get a new kind of phone, or will they just give me the rival again? i would like to get a samsung rogue. would they allow me to do that, to trade out phones like that? just seeing if anyone knows! thanks ever so much!
