A Alice New member Feb 23, 2011 #1 Hi, I've been eating only one meal a day for almost 2 years now. I know it's bad for my health, but I don't want to instantly start eating 3 meals and become fat. =/ So how can I switch without gaining weight? I'm 14, 5'2" and 98 pounds.
