How to survive with this kind of room mate?

Hi All I had a personal query. Till Now I stayed in PG ...I want a place where I can welcome my GF's too. I found one room mate who has given shelter to me when I am in new place . This guy came to my place when he joined new company.SO we both thought of taking one room .,...and he is so stupid person...after taking room we both are investing equally shared money after investing such a huge money ...He is inviting all his frriends to room...I am really pissed oof ..I told him I am not comfortbale but he is not changing...What shall I do? Do i need to bring my friends to room and do the same thing to him as what he do or I dont want to vacate room or I cant stay single in room because it is too High budget or shall I Look......Please let me know your thoughts
