How to super impose an eye on a photo?

I just took this photo, except I am closing my eyes in it, and I was wondering if I could easily like, 'super impose' another eye over it? Are there any websites you can do this on? Becuase the only programe I have is Paint. I'm so upset I closed my eyes in this picture, I really want to make it look better!
