How to success weld a car chassis (a crack near the engine mount)?

I found a crack near the engine mount of my Honda CRX 91 (the part closer to the front wheel)

I have a racing clutch and it is producing a big shock when I shift!

I welded the chassis but recently the crack is visible again.


I thought of trying reinforcement and see if it works.. are there any better method to repair the chassis?

or do you think that repairing a cracked chassis is useless?
