I'm a university student in China,and my major is spanish,I want to apply for the master in the public university of Argentina.is it possible? and How much cost the tuition? Also I want to know if I can change my major for master o no. I will graduate soon,but I don't know how to prepare for the application of master.So please give me some informations,thanks very much!
