How to stop page switching in iPhone or ipod Touch?

I have a iNav based theme which uses the spring jumps to move through the pages, the fact that i can also scroll through the pages by sliding defeats the purpose.

I was wondering if there is any app or ssh commands that i can do to disable the scrolling through pages in the home screens.
