hey 
my samsung tocco keeps freezing, and I don't want to replace it because i love it ha!
I've had it for about a year and a half, and the past 2 days its been freezing and the buttons i press don't work or if i press for messages it will go onto alarms, so its all messed up.
I've tried taking the battery out and sim and waiting and putting back in, and charging it. But nothing seems to work?
Its all touch screen, and its not the new tocco its the old one ( which is all touch screen )
Its got all my stuff on and i dont want to replace it, or for everything to get deleted....
does anyone know how to stop it freezing or doing something i haven't told it to do?
I would appreciate it a lot!
