I got a motorola DEXT (CLIQ) on pay as you go a couple of days ago and I have only just got it working. This phone checks emails and uses Facebook for my contacts, and this is all good when I'm at home but when I'm out of wifi I'm guessing it still checks my emails and it will still have my contacts, so I have a few questions. I have free internet when I top-up, so therfore not all the time.
1. Are the contacts saved to the phone or does it constantly access the internet to get them?
2. How do I turn off checking emails etc. when I'm out of wifi?
