How to stop eating/thinking like this?

So my family, friends and doctor think I'm too thin.
All I ever think about is food!! If I have this I'll have ___ calories left for dinner, crap that was ___ calories, if I eat half of this it'll be ___ calories, etc. I even look up calories on my phone and estimate them, although I prefer when it says the amount on the package.
I also HAVE to exercise after I eat!
I weigh myself constantly, and always check to see if I look or feel fatter.

My parents say I'm an idiot for doing this to myself and I should just eat more - it's simple. But it's not!!! I can't eat without thinking of it as calories that make me fat. Cake has become repulsive even!!

Please help!!!! Anyone else like this? Any advice? Please??
