the last 3 days ive been doing a 8 hour a day soccer camp and ive been really sore. The 3 coaches who have all played college soccer or professional, told me to take a 10-15 minute ice bath and that "all the professionals do it." it didnt seem to work but i think i did something wrong because i trust the coaches. Im taking another one tonight and i was wondering, is there any other methods to cure soreness? Also i have a shin splint on my left leg and a big blister on my left heel. I have 2 more days and i want to come out tommorow morning up and ready to go. Help plzz
