I am a gymnast and I perfected every basic gymnastics move (cartwheels, roundoffs, backhandsprings, backwalkovers, etc.) except I have trouble with my handstands... I get up in to my handstand and I squeeze tight and the longest I have held a handstand for was about five or six seconds but i keep arching my back which makes me bend my knees and then I fall in to a bridge...
i was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to stop doing this? I keep lifting my head up i my handstand instead of tucking it in, because I find that if i tuck my head in i feel like and mostly do fall... anyways, any tips? thanks
