Hey, figured i'd give abit about myself.
I'm 18, 6.1 about 200 pounds. My weekly activities involved work and playing hockey maybe once or twice a week.
I'm not fat.. but i'm not skinny i'm more flappy. I can usually lose about 10 pounds easily if i try but it always comes back. I'm not very muscular at all... so hence the reason for the gym.
I'm very curious as to how to start up but none of my friends go. I'm looking for arm build stomach and just overall upper body.
Not sure how to start off what to do.. if anyone knows a good diagram of what to do in steps with pictures please point me in the right direction.
I'm just scared to start going and do things wrong and not get anywhere with the gym.
