How to start a simple export business in china?

Right now i'm in china, and I have people here that are able to sell my product for very cheap. This is basically what my business model looks like.

Find clients, if they are interested give them a quote. If they are still interested, have their bank talk with my bank and write up a letter of credit. (I will need to find a bank which offers trade financing) barrow money from the bank after the letter of credit is ready to finance the production and shipment of the product.

Of course theres more little details in there, but thats the gist of it.

So here are a couple questions i'm hoping someone could answer. How would I go about opening a company account at a bank, like what sort of documents would i need? How do i get my company registered here, and what sort of legal documents do i need to take care of?

Feel free to give me input on anything i might have missed here, because i know theres a lot.

I won't have any employees and i won't have a firm or office or anything like that, basically i'm just the middleman, but i'll need a company account so i can finance the production of the products after a letter of credit is made, since were talking about big sales.

My girlfriend of 7 years is chinese, and she's here with me, so i know i could just have her put her name one everything, but i'm a little weary to do that, but if it has to come to that i'll do it. If I did go that route, what sort of things might i have to look into?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm not expecting anyone to answer ALL of them, just some input would be nice and where i should start. I already have a company name, logo, website, letters, and brochures ready to send out, just need to make sure everything here is set first.

Thanks SO much in advance for anybody who can answer any of these questions
