hey;I am business graduate and received a new offer from a real estate company in abudhabi.UAE.It is an up coming organisation;which has a reputed parent company established almost 10 years ago.Parent company is based in engineering and construction and my one is real estate.Both has same office set up even though different sides.Real estate started almost an year ago when market was in its high position.Now he is struggling to carry on that business.He asked me to take charge of the company as i am a recent graduate with no level of business experience.I am willing to take the challenge even though;for real estate sector this is the worst ever time in middle east.I need some suggestions from people how to start my business operation.
