How to start a business in High School??

I am a 15 year old, and i've been reading that starting a business in high school and if successful it helps you drastically in college admission. Any ideas?????, the only one i have is, that since i live in a neighborhood that has yard sales every Sat. i could buy stuff cheap and sell them on internet or something of that sort. Any ideas???
