how to stand up for myself to tell him not to use me for sex?

ok like we first did it in march then in may and like now he texts me saying i havent seen u in awhile and we needa chill soon.
he always asks me to "chill" which i think its only for sex but idk we have a really weird relationship like we dont ever go out and hangout its like only for sex like how do i tell him or do i stop talking or what please help me out
 
Tell him that you are looking for a relationship and not just sex. Advised him that you are going to wait till you are in a solid relationship before you have sex. If he cant handle that move on to someone who will respect your wishes.
