I got a 1:03 by sprinting it 6 months ago and last time I swam(sick and easy) I got a 1:08. I want to get down to 1:03 or lower again but last time I got pretty tired. How do I do that but not get that tired? Also, any tips for the 50 back,50fly,50 free and 50 breast? ty,
