How to sprint faster for football?

Im 13 years old and i am slow as crap. it takes me over 6 seconds to run 40 yards. I went down to my local snap fitness and they say do plyometrics. i need to know is what exercises are there and how i should do them.
 
increase ur stamina first jog/run per 3 days a week but take one day one day off to build mussle two

for example monday,u run/tuesday,rest,wedsday,run/thurday,rest

keep going like that this will build up stamina so u can run faster it will take time
also for the first wekkk just run maximum 30 to 40minutes
