So a friend of mine showed me his Fleer Jordan Rookie Card and I became interested in how much it was worth. After looking on ebay I found that it is illegal to sale ungraded cards as anything other than reprints. But how can you tell if its a reprint? Do you have to send it into a certified grading service and let them tell you? I would really appreciate responses from people who have experience with trading cards. Plus if you know any trusted websites where you can buy and sale other than ebay I have a few cards I would be interested in letting go.
