How to speed up recovery between sprints?

Hi guys, I have started a sprinting class and we do 8 x 120m sprints. I am so tired after even 3 x 120m sprints that I feel sick to my stomach and in some cases have been sick. I have to sit a few out and then do the final one or two. So basically I run around 5 of the 120m sprints. We have a little rest between them and other people seem to be recovered but Im just really tied after them. My question is how do I speed up my recovery time and complete all these sprints?
