Hi, if your menu or images in gallery are loading a bit slow, then check which option you flashed your phone with, when it comes to .rc2 file.
If it's "mid" probably your phone will be slower due to more debugging processes.
The solution?
Either flash it with just sinlge .rc2 low file
or
check for some options in admin menu it should be somewhere in:
admin menu> internals> debug level and there choose low.
