How to sketch: Realistic nose and lips?

I was wondering if anyone knew a good tutorial on Youtube or something where it is easily explained how to sketch a realistic nose and lips? I have perfected my skills of sketching realistic eyes (lol), and now I need to improve my skills of sketching nose and lips...can anyone help?
