i have here a motorola L7 phone. my problem is that both the phone and sim address books are being used to save my contacts. my message folder reads only one format of the number saved (in sim), while the call register reads the other format of saved number (in phone). if example only one format of contact is saved (e.g. 0917-xxxxxxx) with name, etc., my message folder will not recognize it since it only recognize the other format (which is +63917-xxxxxxx).
this has been a nuisance for me since everytime i access my phone book, i see dual entries of the contact in phone and in sim memory.
what can i do???!!! please help me!!!!!!
