we never use sharpner to sharp lipstick but we can use brush if we want to but we cannot use brush in case of eye liner(since its is dry and solid though lipstick too is solid but it is glossy as compared to eye liner). I've been using eye liner on my lower lash line but now it has become blunt...what should i do???
