How to Setup my Xbox 360 to the Att Uverse Box?

i want to hook up my Xbox 360 to the att u verse as in putting the component av in the back of the box but i don't know what to do after wards. I hooked everything in the back of the att uverse, the slots, my TV doesnt have the component slots so im trying to use so i tried to use att. if there's nothing that can work for this then please tell me a alternative . as in a different way to play my games without a TV. kthxbai
