how to set wide and hight of throttle body on a honda integra 1996 b18c2 vtec timer?

hey guys i have a honda integra vtir 1996 with a b18c2 engine. i also have a apexi VAFC timer and one of my lil siblings were playing round with the wd an hvt of the throttle body. anyone know how to set it back to normal???
