i want to set up a domain so i can test/develop a website using perl CGI. ive signed up with one of those FREE hosting sites and the account is all set up.how do i alter the content of the webpage? i dont see any options on the site.am i suppose to connect to the ip address in perl or what?please help!!!thank you!!!
