How to set up SMTP?

I am a new BB user and try to set up my new 8100 now.
I use my own domain and mail for a while and would like to setup my BB to get/send mail using this account.
I was able to set up incoming IMAP server and can read my emails. But on TMO site I did not find place to configure outgoing (SMTP) server.
Please... how can I set up my BB to send emails using SMTP?

Ok - you are receiving your emails fine? You want to set your outgoing address? What is currently showing up as the sent from?
 
Yes, I am receiving mails OK and I would like to set my outgoing address.
On TMO configuration page I entered "imap.1and1.com" as my mail server address and it works fine to receive mails.
I also can select my email in "Send from" field but when I send email it does not come to recipient...
I beleive it is because the name of my outgoing server ("pop.1and1.com") is different from imap server name so I need to set it up somewhere... but I did not find place to do it in TMO email configuration.
