how to set frames per second rate? (sony hdr-sr10, final cut pro 5)?

I have no idea how to set the frame per second rate, is there anyway of finding out how to do this? do you set it on the camera? or on the computer? I am trying to get a nice slow motion clip without choppiness.

My camera is a sony HDR-SR10
and my editor is Final Cut Pro 5
