how to send stuff via Bluetooth on chocolate touch?

I'm trying to send my friends stuff like ringtones, pictures ect via Bluetooth but idk how. Does anyone know how to send stuff via Bluetooth on the chocolate touch? I can get stuff from my friends phone by bluetooth but not send.
