How to send a flash sms or Class "0" sms from a java based samsung mobile phone?

I am using Samsung Corby B3313 mobile phone on Vodafone network in India.
I would like to send a "Flash SMS" or class"0" sms from my mobile phone.
Is there any mobile java application or any trick which can help me send this sms straight from my cellphone?
