How to screw snake bite stud onto the bar or hoop easy!? Takes me like 30 to 40 minutes

no joke!? I have no problem taking off my snake bites but it take me 30 minutes to screw the stud back on into the bar!!!!

And i repierced my snake bites do i still have to wait 4 weeks to change the bar!?
