How to save money wisely?

I get about $300 dollars each paycheck every 2 weeks. I'm only 17.
I don't have a bank account. So, any tips how to save money? I constantly spend money on clothes and shoes. It's addicted! And food mostly D:
 
Try not to buy junk food like fries or drinks that are full of sugar. Don't waste money on fad clothes that will go out of style next year unless you are sure you will wear them out. Why can't you have a bank account? I used to have my paycheck go directly to the bank. Then I could write checks or go to the bank and draw money from the ATM.
