Tomorrow, we will be continuing our track & field unit in P.E.
We did something today, it was TERRIBLE.
My legs hurt SOO bad, and we couldn't get water or anything!
I am heavy. I'm overweight. I'm 12.
So, with my weight problems it is hard for me to run.
My gym teacher said that he doesn't expect me to run like the super atheltic girls in my class, but he knows we can all do it.
I mean I've ran a mile twice this year. Once in the beginning, and today.
The difference is...
In the beginning of the year, I did terrible It took me like 17 minutes! I walked it though.
And, today we did like this thing where we would jog, then walk and then jog.
So that was easier. But, I think we will be running the mile around 4 backstops on a field. I've ran around that field many times. Once for the mile (3 laps), and 2 times for lap run. I'm used to it, but I still hate it because I'm so slow and I'm like dead!
How can I keep myself up to do this? I don't care whether I am the last person to do it, I just care that I finish it.
My teacher keeps saying if you walk it, you get a bad grade.
I HAVE to walk it. The times I've ran around that field, I usually jog, walk, jog, walk. I keep changing it.
But, I need some advice onto how I can do it when I'm overweight?
