I'm a sophomore guy in high school,
and I like rowing but I'm not that good at it.
I'm about 6'1, 164 pounds
and my 2k time last week was 7:16.
I started off the season on the 2nd boat,
but I lost a seat race to someone so I've been on the 3rd boat
for a while.
I really want to become better at the sport,
but I don't know how I should train when I'm not rowing.
I would really appreciate some help.
