I have a Samsung Eternity SGH-A867 that is no longer tethered to AT&T service. I'm currently in Russia for 4 months and I want to use this phone with my brand new activated megafon SIM card, but the unlock code ATT customer support gave me doesn't work. I get this message: Phone Full Phone Freeze. Contact customer support. Is there any way to fix this full freeze?
