how to reset by sidekick 08?

i have a sidekick 08 and my facebook on it is a little messed up. my friend had logged onto it and it frequently changes from my account to my friend's account on the phone. i try logging out but it doesnt work
i dont know wat to do so i figured i should reset it to get rid of all the internet memory
Help please?
