How to reprogram V3c for voice and text only

FrienRAB, for your help I would forever be in your debt.

I have a V3c from Verizon that I would like to use on the Cricket network without flashing it as the file seems to be very hard to come by. I do have access to another cricket phone although it is not a V3c. Any help would be appreciated.
 
find a software call motorola pst 7.23 and also find a cricket PRL. use the PST and write the PRL to your v3c using the PST then call cricket and have them change your esn to your v3c esn and that it you have a v3c on cricket
