How to report bad chat monitors?

I was in chat avenue, and the chat monitor kept on booting people for stupid reasons. Ex. I said she cant boot people for no reason and she booted me, i find it not fair and a misuse of their responsibility's.
so how can i do something about that?

1. It is a private site, they make the rules, they can boot whoever they want.
2. If you dont like it, dont go there.
3. Read the TOS.
