How to replace wheel covers in 1992 Honda Civic Si?

So I bought some new wheel covers for my 1992 Civic Si, because two of the stock ones have disappeared recently(not sure from driving or stolen) and I'm wondering how to replace the stock ones. do I have to unscrew the bolts then put them on? These new wheel covers are snap on covers with a metal ring, no bolts are required.
