How to replace turn signal switch in ’98 Toyota Corolla?

I already removed bottom side of steering wheel cover and I don’t know what next. Do I need to take off steering wheel? If yes, how to do it? Thanks for any advise.
 
take it to Neptune auto parts and repair. just take you wetsuit and a mask..too old to worry with.. dump it and get a newer car..
