Sleeping Skulls

My mom got the Motorola Droid last year when it came out and stopped using it after a month or two. So I bought it of of her for $150 a few weeks ago. I had a case on it. So I'm running for the bus today and it fell out of my pocket. The sides got scraped, the back has a scratch, the screen has a small one, and the bottom near the back is a little messed up. I don't think my mom had warranty on it though.

My camera sucks, so the pictures turned out bad. If looks pretty messed up. It still works. The damage isn't really bad, but I'm just really upset that this happened. It had some small scratched on the screen when I got it and the sides were a little scraped, but now it looks like crap. Like, I couldn't sell it if I needed the money or wanted to. So can I get it repaired or replaced? Or better yet, refurbished?
