I have a 02 Neon and the driver's side headlight needs to be replaced. Thanks to some smart engineers over at Dodge they put an air filter in the way. Does anyone know how I can get to the bulb. I tried taking off the two nuts that hold the headlight assembly in place but it didn't budge.
