if you look at the top of that light assembly, you will find two plastic sliders that can be pulled up really easy. once that is done the whole assembly will fall forward, giving you the access to the bulbs. do your self a favor if you are going to do it, do not touch the glass on the new bulbs. the oil in your skin will cause them to blow out very quickly.
