How to replace a Chrysler Pacifica cylinder head?

I have a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. It broke down, and would start up occasionally but would sound terrible. I took it to the shop they gave me a bill of $370 for an engine performance evaluation/diagnostics test, and on the bill it also says "replace rocker arm assemblys" and "replace spark plug" but it also says "no service preformed (N/C)" next to these. They said the rear cylinder head was damaged due to lack of lubrication.. and that it could be up to about $2000 to fix. So I do a lot of the work on my other cars and I decided I am going to fix it myself. I know the general idea of replacing the cylinder head (I will not be taking the engine block out) but I need a little bit more instruction. Does anyone know where I could find some instructions or can anyone please help me through this process. Thank you. If you would like to help we can talk through personal e-mail.
