How to repair C28 v.61

I flashed it with new language pack and it's not working now. I tried repair it with Maxim's and All26 wthout any success! I can flash it with maxim's tool but can not write the eeprom( it shows: Unknown EEPROM layout ).
PLEASE HELP
 
Try upload flash lang.bin again with Koci 5.30.0 __work with me__
I have c25 v6109 if you need this S.W. send e-mail
