How to rent condo to tourists for Winter Olympic 2010 games?

How would I go about renting my condo, which I own, to tourists for Winter Olympic 2010 games in downtown Vancouver?

I'd like to do this on my own without hiring any professional help since most of them want 50% of the rent. Do I need to write up a contract? I'm open to weekly and monthly options.
