how to remove the to bolts on the cylender heads of my 99 cadillac deville.?

i have a 99 cadillac deville which im removing the cylender heads due to a blown head gasket. i removed every bolt except 2 of them which are located in the center of the cylender head ..can somebody please explain or tell me if theres a special tool or socket for it .. thanks
